[sap-log-sd] How to Cancel a Line Item in Order?

I need to cancel a line item in order (for two reasons - 1. Customer doesn't need that material after ordering, 2. Plant is not having that material and hence cancelling. Please give me the detailed process of doing it for both reasons.
