[sap-log-sd] BOM Creation Not Happening In Sales Order Creation

Hi,
Created three materials (1 main item NORM + 2 subitems ERLA) and maintained in CS01. When I try to create sales order, these sub items are not showing in the sales order.

Kindly suggest what could be the reason.
