1) immediate delivery indicator s X
2)schedule line confirmed for all the line items same day

For the same customer immediate Delivery is created.

Hi,
Check the "immediate delivery" indicator on the sales order type. If it is set to "X" and the confirmation of the schedule line was not for the same day, the system behaviour would be explained.
