This is exactly what I was thinking. Is it not similar to scales. Why then do we have two options? The only visible difference as far as I can understand is that though both are scales, one is ascending discount and the other, if we can put it as descending discount. Could you please clarify this point. If the above statement is true, then we could as well mention the same in scales right? Why Cond. Update?
