Hi Askish,

In Customer Master -> General Data Tab you can find one tab page as Contact
Person. There you have to maintain Contact person details or T-Code: VAP1
You can create Contact person for a particular Customer and the Profit
Center, WBS Element has to be maintained at Company Code Data of the
Customer Master. This data is maintained by FI Consultants.

Hi Gurus,

While saving the Sales Order for Incomplete log it gives following data is missing:

Contact Person
Address of Contact Person
Profitability Segment no.
WBS Element.

As Profitability Segment no. is concerned I am not maintaining any relevant data for the same as I don't require Profitability Segment still it gives error.

Please guide about what is Profitability Segment.

What is WBS Element and why it is required?
