Sorry, unable to give you a desire response. Thought you might get benefited by my thought.

Did you try to compare customizations of PR00 and PR02, it might give you some idea. Moreover, investigating deep into difference between PR00 and PR02 might point out something.

Sorry if you already did what I thought.

Unfortunately, the concepts mentioned by you are not aligned to my question.

My question is in V/06, for condition type PR02, when user activates field "group conditions" and tries to save, system gives following error message -
Scale type D cannot be used for group condition X
Message no. VT622

Why is that?

E.g.
PR02 is used for below situation / business requirement -

in condition record -
up to 10EA = 2Euros / EA
up to 20EA = 1Euros / EA

In sales order, quantity = 18EA,
then price = 10X2 + 8X1 = 20 + 8 = 28Euros.

Now when we have sales order with
line#10 M1 - 12EA
line#20 M2 - 6EA
with group condition functionality, user would have 12+6=18EA
then the value could be calculated as above, so why is system not allowing group condition functionality?
