Do you mean to say that, you are unable to save the order (order block) or are you unable to create delivery? Never came across a situation like order block for negative value. Can you please share with us what is the actual requirement and why do you want a order value which is negative, to be save and processed further?
I am asking you this because, you might use another document for this purpose. Your feedback is most appreciated.
