In other words, what you need to do is to create a condition value formula userexit in VOFM to make xkwert (extended value) in a formula routine equal to the rounded unit price (to 2 decimals) X the quantity.

like this.

[ ( List Price*12/100)+List Price] * Qty=Value, ask the ABAPer to round off
This Valueand then display.
