The monthly extension will create a new agreement number. It is just that
it could be automated.

Thanks for the responses, yes we went ahead with monthly extension based on a calendar and automatic extension. The original concern was that there needs to be a new rebate agreement number after each final settlement in the system while in actual fact there is only 1 contractual agreement with the customer. However, we are now going with the approach Dutch has suggested. |
