What is the error message it showing?
1.check the date in Bom in each material the date should be same in each
material.
2.Delete sale order and re assign sale order in VA01.

Please note for BOM Material the item category is TAP - LUMF and check the item category in vov7 whether the BOM configuration -structured SCOPE - A
or B and the application is SD01.
