I have sales orders that are created under one rep, now we have another credit rep, when the orders are released customer service doesn't get and email notification as this order was created under a previous rep.
How can I update the sales orders with this new rep?
Where can I maintain the New credit rep, so whenever she release the order mail gets sent out.
Have already updated customer master with new credit rep.
Please help.
