[sap-log-sd] Create a Repair Order with Reference to a Value Contract in ECC 6

I need to enable the creation of chargeable repair orders against an existing value contract. Since the value line does not get created in the repair order until the Service order is created. I need a way of referencing the repair order when it is created using the value in line 100 - which is not relevant for billing.
