Hi Sumanth.G,

I would say 601, if the goods are sent to the customer - as an exchange for complaint-related goods - from unrestricted stock.

Please describe your goods exchange business process. Also from where (unrestricted, quality or...) you want to issue the goods which are meant to be in exchange for (some goods), sent to the customer.

Please explain the reasons why you think 601 can NOT be the movt type.
