I think Lakshmipathi has correctly identified the cause of your error message. I changed the language for a MMR and I get the error message during creation of sales order, as you had received.
extract from SAP -
a short text with the appropriate language exists in the material master record (a short text must be available in the language of either the customer or the sales organization)
Thus change the language in MMR, MM02, button Additional Data, Tab Description to either that of CMR or S org.

When I select a material in the sales order, I got this message:

Although I maintained the material for sales org 1000,dist channel 10 and language EN.
I change the language in customer master to be EN.
Any help?
