Please check in VL03N, Document flow, is a Transfer order created automatically and has been confirmed. By this way, picked quantity can be populated automatically in the delivery.
In one of the business processes we had this setup. As soon as delivery was created (800# created), TO was printed and picked quantity was populated in the delivery.
If the above is setup, then why do you want to make pick qty zero?

I have created a delivery. Now I see that the pick qty is automatically coming. When I remove the pick qty or make pick qty =zero and then save the delivery and then I again enter the delivery, to my surprise the pick qty automatically appears again.
How can I make pick qty zero?
