1. You want to make partial settlement, but there is nothing accrued to
make the partial settlement.
2. You do not need to change the status to B for making partial settlement
or for creating manual accrual.
3. Partial Settlement is Partial Payment - use the manual settlement
process.
4. If you must accrue the rebate manually, use negative numbers. Positive
number indicates reversal of accrual.

While Setting the rebates: For partial settlement I followed the below steps
1.VB02
2.Entered rebate agreement number 99
3.Change agreement status field as B
4,.Choose create manual accruals and enter the amount to be paid 50

The error is Value exceeds open accruals 0,00

Can someone help to solve the issue?
