We have a ztre which is showing as incomplete because of the shipping.
The original invoice was raised on as a 17 shipping condition then changed 34 after delivery.
The rma has picked up 17 on the return and will not deliver. We need to change the shipping to 34 but cannot as it's a grey box.
Request kind help.
