I'm glad to inform that I found solution finally, by solving it myself. the major issue with this problem is transportation zone and transportation group, I maintained them different for both the material... that was causing the problem.
so Both materials can be delivered in a single delivery until unless ship-to-party, shipping point, shipping date, transportation zone and transportation group are differ.
