You need to change the field status for that account group. You can do it by going to financial accounting - account receivable and account payable - customer account - master data - preparation for creating customer master data- define account group with screen layout.
Follow this path and change the field status.

I can't maintain the transprotation zone on the customer master data screen, that field is grayed.
