Check route determination.
IMG> Logistics Execution>Shipping>Basic Shipping Functions>Route>Route determination>Maintain route determination
When route determination is correctly set up, then with relevant information* in the sales order, route shall automatically populate in your sales order, item level, tab Shipping, field "route"
* departure zone, shipping point
transportation group, MMR
shipping conditions, CMR
transportation zone, ship to

and assign and customer master also I assign route, but when I am creating
