Don't use user SAP* for operational or customizing transactions. Ever. Ask your basis administrator for details about why, and then ask him why he gave you the SAP* password.
Don't use client 001 for anything other than the source of client copies. Ever. IDES comes with preconfigured clients for you to explore, and your Basis administrator can create new ones.
If you're not using a legal installation of IDES - sanctioned by the license holder, installed on hardware owned and controlled by the license holder, then please don't ask any more questions here about how to use it. If the installation you're using IS legal, then complain to those responsible and ask for more assistance.
