Hi Rohou
Go To Tcode - OBD2, then select your a/c group and then select the address
on Select Group then change the option to req Entry, opt entry, then only
you will be able to use the transportation zone on xd01 or xd02.

You need to change the field status for that account group. You can do it by going to financial accounting - account receivable and account payable - customer account - master data - preparation for creating customer master data- define account group with screen layout.
Follow this path and change the field status.
