Hi Yadav,

You might have done the determination of item category for YOR, YORM and
YTAN. But, system is picking NORM instead of YORM. Either you can the
change item category grp in material master record or you can do the item
category determination with the system values.

I assigned customer master cross selling(B) but when I created Sales Order9cross selling ) I am facing issue NO item category available (table T 184 yor norm ytan,
