[sap-log-sd] Configuration needed to add routing hours in deliveries

Hello experts.

We maintain a z table that is used for routing days for customers. Because we don't want to modify it since it is used in many interfaces, is there any way to add the desired delivery time?

Do we have to maintain the data in master data level or at transactional level?
Please provide me the related transaction codes.
