Sap Sale Module: RE:[sap-log-sd] Region codes in SAP

For India, States are mapped to SAP Region Codes and is used for Tax purposes.
Region (Customer Region, Delivery Plant Region) is available in Field Catalog of Condition Tables, which can be used Pricing.
