Don't understand, though my assumption is that you are saying that a certain printer tray is used for the printing?

Hi All,
I have configured the output determination properly for billing document. In the system we can see the output type being determined in the billing document. We can even see the print preview. The printout can be taken in a normal A4 size paper but not in the invoice paper(one which is especially used by use for taking a billing document print out). Can anyone please help me how to fix this issue? An early response is appreciable. Thanks in advance
