Greeting,

I am testing PGI block by Oldest open item is overdue, however, I am facing an issue that there is a customer in system which without AR is overdue but with credit memo is overdue, therefore, system also block PGI for D/N.

My client think this situation is not make sense. Is there any experts know how to solve this issue? Please share your knowledge to me.
