Hello,
Initial idea is what I have used for "fill or kill" orders in MV45AFZZ. Have MV45AFZZ check the LTL load requirements for the current SO and all open SO that are not ATP confirmed. For the above where there is not enough ATP to equal the LTL then use a special delivery block, maybe call it "LTL insufficient". The delivery will be used for reference, stop the delivery and unconfirm the ATP in the SO.
If the SO and other open SO >= LTL then confirm the SO and send a message in MV45AFZZ on SAVE that to release the delivery block on other open orders.

We have some number of customers (and the number seems to be growing) who want to send us less-than-truckload orders on a daily basis but they want them held until there is enough product for a truck load then ship. This has gotten to the point where we can't manage it manually and be effective. The dates do not align so our post-shipment reporting is not reflective of our ability to respond to their needs. Any insights or like experiences that anyone can share would be most appreciated. Please let me know if I should supply more definitive information.
