Make sure you are on the status page - if you selected all the screens and are on the earlier screens in the process then you cannot change the amounts at that point.
If you are on the status page are there any info messages displayed?

Hi friends
There is an user trying to update a Credit Limit for a customer, but is getting the following error message:
Maximum individual limit should only be 250,000.00 USD (F4724).
Does anybody know how to change / fix it?
