I think the entry did exist at one point - order entry was done back in 2005- recently user was trying to do a consignment pickup in reference to this order and received this error. I cannot even view the order because I cannot get into it either.
I am not sure what happened but somehow it seems this entry was deleted from the table.

We set up our customer masters using sales org, distribution channel, and division.
We process our sales orders using sales org, dist channel,and division.
I get the above referenced error when trying to use a certain customer master in a sales order.
I believe the sales org and division used when the customer master was created is maintained for the sales org and division of the sales order in config -
