With every post, on the right there is a "thumbs-up" sign. If a post is helpful, you can register that by clicking on this "thumbs-up" sign.

Thereby, later on, if someone is searching answers for the same / simlar query, they can straight go to these helpful posts, which are clearly visible as "thumbs-up" with numbers like 1,2,3....etc.

(e.g. 5 users click the "thumbs-up" sign, then number is 5.
The user who has written the post can not mark his/her post as helpful)

Also, it is "kind of" an incentive for users to post by collecting "points".
