Hi Roger, I too think that advising your client with item category TANN would be a good idea. with Billing Relevance = A & Pricing = B. The reason for that is e.g. there are Product Net price = 2500Euros & Freight costs (KF00) = 100Euros. The Product is free, but your client would want to bill the freight costs (100Euros) to their customers. This is possible with TANN. In other words, all condition types below / after R100 (Step 399) - in your pricing procedure in V/08 - shall feature in the bill. If your client doesn't want any amount in the bill for items with it cat. TANN, then rearranging pricing procedure could be tested. or item category ZFRE in VOV7, field "Billing relevance" = blank can be tested. I have tested this it works! Regards, Typewriter

By the way, I've tested to change Pricing to X in VOV7 for ZFRE, I think it is not a good way due to system is going to ask us to input price in sales order. I think about the related process in freesample for my current client, to use TANN should be ok for them, therefroe, I am going to ask them to use TANN for free item in SAP. Appreciate again for you assistant. Thanks & Best Regards Roger | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
