I have tested this issue, I got the exact message # V1433.
The solution is -
Go to VTAA, for your Source --> Target sales doc type, for your item category (maybe WKN or copy thereof), in field "Cont. item copy mode" change to Blank (No limit), then test.
Currently it must be A = Value contract item material may not be copied, therefore when you try to copy material that is in the contract to material in sales order, you are getting the error message.
