Have you checked what the billing date is ? Are you referring to another document that could be forcing the old dates ?

Thank You for your help, but of course we already tried that. All dates are set to current date, but some how it keeps on referring to period 13 of 2009 and we cannot go back in time. And all settings are correctly.
