The order type is "OR".

Later tonight, I will follow each step that you posted in your email below, and let you know what I find in each step.

I have used each of the TCs that you mentioned in your email ,except for VA05N .

1. Create a new sales order in VA01 with the same Sales document type. Can you save it? What is the sales order #?

If you are getting warning message about incompletion, please convey them in detail.

Maybe this issue has to do with Incompletion Log + something

2. Go to VA05N, give the order type & Sold To and check if you see 5000001 there.

3. This looks like a new number range, check in VOV8 for your Sales doc type what is the number range. And see if that number range is not deleted, in VN01

4. What is your Sales order type?
