For question #1 below, it was during the TC VA02 when I got the error message "Sales document 5000001 is not available". I have used VA02 several times in the past two days to access, update, and save an incomplete sales order that I originally created using VA01.

I would still prefer to access the sales order 5000001 (I also entered the PO# & sold-to party with the sales order #, all 3 at the same time ) to access the sales order previously during the past 2 days via TC VA02 without any issues. Then I could test my pricing procedure.

1. During which transaction did you get this message?
If you are trying to create a bill, then go to VFX3 and give the doc # and click on green Flag and see the error message. And convey it to us. (with error message #)

2. In your pricing procedure MWST is activated as Required. In your sales order VA01 MSWT is not showing, therefore you are getting the message.

What may have happened is that MWST has not "qualified" the requirement i.e. 10 in V/08 your pricing procedure. Check if in VA01 you have given the Plant.
