The most common error is the missing route in the delivery.

Dear All,
I am Working as SAP SD Consultant for COKE NA. While creating a Scenario in Development Server for Non Trade Sales the process is Sal.Order-Delivery-Shipment-PGI-Billing. I was able to do the Sales Order and Delivery, but I am unable to pull the delivery document in Shipment to Complete Shipment and do the PGI for Billing. When i checked with the Delivery Header the Transportation Planning Field is showing Not relevant for Transportation Planning. I went to SPRO-LE-Transportation-Maintenance-Maintain Transportation for Delivery Types & Maintain Transportation for Delivery Item Types the option is enabled.
Could anybody assist in this regard.
