We have an issue where are Credit Master Sheet F.35 is undervaluated because it is not including promotional items (TAPS). We use the functionality TAX as header and we ship the sub item TAPS and price at TAPS. Both are marked as credit active. I have tried everything......even OSS notes and cannot find any information.I have updated item cat. config for relevant for delivery, marked off statistics relevant, etc....Not sure if anyone else has this issue and can help me.ThanksJen
