In which table we can find the spool request number. Once the Sales Order is saved I want to open the output as pdf automatically. How to catch the spool request number once the sales order is created.

In that case once output created spool request generated. There is a
standard program iSAP has given for converting into PDF format. Try RSTXPDF4
in SE38 by giving the generated spool request number. This would convert
output in PDF file provided you should have an authorized PDF version
installed.
