Hi,
Please note that some one in your company has set this material - for a specific customer (/ customer hierarchy) - in the "exclusion list", thus you are getting the error message "Material is excluded".
Maybe communication with the relevant - internal - staff would be a safe measure, before you delete this material from the exclusion list and create a sales order.

I am introducing a Sales order and I choose client and when I choose specific material it says error V1117 the code was excluded. I tried different things but still couldn't resolve it. Anybody knows a fast solution?
