OK, finally I realized that it will be required for the user to run report V.25 to check if the sales order is released. If not, the SO will show on the report and user will have to take action (do correction) on the SO.
Since the business will probably want that the check is done as the SO is saved and because we have a workflow running on it, this transaction may be introduced in the WF so the user will be able to see the difference.
It been a hard learning but thanks to you all for your help.

Here is my problem. I am very green as of how to set up a new Condition Type and its related parameters specifically Access Sequence.
The business wants to be able to control total amount of a sales order (or if not possible, for given line item). I understand that I can copy from EDI2 condition type and create my own condition type which I named ZCEV (Customer Expected Vaue). I also assigned this new condition type to a pricing procedure and updated the Incompletion Procedure. But I am stuck with the Access Sequence in which I have now training on it and have no idea of how this works. I surfed on the net to get some example of how I can create the access sequence, but until then I am empty-handed.
Could someone guide me on some sort of online training or better, suggest me from where I should start and what I need to know? I would like to compage the customer expected value with field KOMP-NETWR... But how?
