Hi Roger,

This is in relation to my previous post, indicating that your issue was caused due to "requirements NOT met".

I have done some more tests on "Requirements" in Account Determination, it can be concluded - indeed - that the issue was NOT caused due to - "requirements being not satisfied / met". Because, your "amount" (xxx $$) had found an account (as per your post).

I wanted to share with you and the group, some points about requirement, in Acc Determination condition technique -

1. System searches for accounts, in the following manner -
Billing type > Acc Det procedure > Acc Cond type > Acc Seq > Condition tables > Acc number (in VKOA)

2. Requirement are at 2 levels -
A - at condition type level, in procedure
B - at condition table level, in access sequence

3. If requirement was not satisfied at 2A (i.e. at condition type level, in procedure), then there would be no search possible onwards Acc seq. So in bill, in revenue Account Determination Analysis no condition tables would be shown.

4. If requirement was not satisfied at 2B (i.e. condition table level, in access seq), then in bill, in revenue Account Determination Analysis; condition tables would be shown but without any account numbers, with message "The requirement was not fulfilled therefore access was not executed".

So, you because your "amounts" found respective account numbers, the requirements were satisfied / met.

I think Lou has identified the issue!

Do the below Testing -
Go to your Account Determination procedure & in your - newly created, ZOEM -condition type, change Requirement to 3 = Without CO acct. ass. Then create a new SO, Dlv and Bill; you may not get the error message VF051.

If indeed your business needs are Req 2 = with CO acct. ass., then maintain it correctly.
