Hi Jane,

Requirement = FIXED freight cost per delivery.

Please see below possible solution. Kindly test it, to see if it works for you.

I took condition type ZKP3 (copy of KP03), Surcharge for Incomplete Mixed Pallet. Basic concept is -
1. if the total of all the material in the sales order is less than (say 90EA) = 1 PAL; there is a surcharge of 100Euros.
2. Then, Sales order has total mat quantity of 75EA, then there is Freight cost (ZKP3) of 100Euros.
3. Case A. If Delivery has total material quantity of 75EA, then there is a fine of 100Euros
Case B. If Delivery is made with 50EA,then there is a fine of 100Euros.
If another Delivery is made with 25EA,then there is a fine of 100Euros.

Settings -
For 1. create condition type, copy of KP03 in V/06, put it in your pricing procedure (place in between Step # 101 to 109)
In MM02 - for all materials - identical pricing material group has to be maintained, in Sales:Sales Org 2
In MM02 - for all materials - Sales unit PAL has to be maintained in Sales:Sales org 1
In VK11, condition record, for Customer has to be maintained
For 3. in VTFL, Dlv doc | Billing doc, your item category; field "Pricing type"B" (carry out new pricing) has to be maintained.

Improvement area - In sales order entry, field "Unit", system shall take PAL as default, this you would have to change to EA (Base unit of measure). Maybe some expert can help with this issue.

We also have the same problem. Carrier charges flat rate per truckload regardless of what is shipped on truck. How do we handle this? We do not want to manually enter freight on PO each time.
