In our company an ABAPER helps us with this, although it's tricky to delete it when not required (you have to add an extra line - with zero value- in other to delete first line)

Subject: Fixed amount of freight in Billing
Hi,
I am trying to create a condition type for FIXED freight amount to be charged in sales orders.
The problem is that if the delivery quantity changes, the value of freight also changes accordingly while billing.
How can it remain fixed for whatever is the delivery quantity.
For example, if in sales order of 100 pieces, my freight amount is 80. If i ship 60 pieces then freight must remain 80.
