Most probably this error is related to Partner functions + Account group.
1. What is ZEG1? (An account group?)
(maybe ZEG1 doesnot have partner func SP in partner procedure assigned to ZEG1)
2. Is this a copy of 0001 (Sold To party)?
3. In XD02, In your CMR, Tab Sales area data > Partner Functions - do you have SP partner function?
4. Do -
Create a CMR with account group 0001, then in VA01 create sales order with the CMR as SoldTo & check.
