Hi alok,

In this particular case -

Text Object = KNA1, Group for = G Customer: Central Texts
Text ID = 0001 Sales note for customer

As Waza said, navigation VOTXN, Customer>Central Texts

"Content of text" can be found in - XD02, Tab General Data, Extra>Texts

Of course with the group's advise, (I take it that) any Text ID in CMR, MMR could be made mandatory; if need be.

friends what is the mechanism of validating the texts that we create at various places in
creating master data ?
Master data say MM01 , XD01 .
To do so I believe that we need to see the linkage between the Object that we create (material or customer in this case ) and the text object - linked or encapsulated within it . Then we need to read the content of text object/element and then validate it in the environment ( user exit or a badi in this case ) .
To simulate this in a simple environment say se38 , for a given material , what would be the linkage to reach text object/element say "Basic Data Text"(which you see on MM01 basic data screen .

Any one deeply into scripting work can throw some light .
