Hi Juiccy_Mann,

In order "to incorporate the number of boxes and days stayed in the sales order" -

Field "Number of storage days" -
With coding; in sales order, at item level, tab[Additional data A], field "Condition group 1", could be used to fill-in number of days. Either automatically pulled from the report, or given manually by user, or automatically pulled & could be overwritten.

The condition type PR02 can calculated the $ for storage per Box, from that field (i.e. "Condition group 1").

In sales order, at item level, field "Order Quantity", user can give Number of Boxes. The condition type ZPR0 (copy of PR00) can calculated the (price) for Number total number of boxes.

With Calculation type, in pricing procedure; PR02 multiplied with ZPR0 can be calculated.

Thanks a lot

The issue I am having is how to incorporate the number of boxes and days stayed in the sales order. The scenario for the tariff is not a problem ---the issue is there are other two parameters i.e number of boxes and the days overstayed. as the net value will be a resultant of the three

regards
