Hi Roger,

According to SAP, for rejecting items, the Prerequisite is - One must be in change mode for a sales document. Therefore I think that user must set "reason for rejection" manually.

In VA02, with one click - icon "Reject document" - all the items in the sales order can be rejected.

I found the "Rejection reason" could be used for my request, however, is there any way could set a default Rejection reason for sales order without manual selection?
