After doing more tests, I have found the answer to my below question. & I think it is right. So, please do not answer to my query; but if you want to correct me or comment, then please answer.
My question is w.r.t. - Billing document, Analysis Acct Determination; the number of condition tables vary, shown per Condition type. Why?
Answer - In bill, in Analysis Acct Det.; for a cond type - the system shows the number of cond tables till an account number has been determined. So, if acc found in the first cond table, then only 1 cond table is visible; if acc found in second cond table, then 2 cond tables are seen...and so on

KOFI Access Sequence has 5 condition tables.
In a billing document, Analysis Acct Determination -
PR00 (& other cond types) has 4 condition tables
10 (KOFI) Cust gr / MaterialGr/Account key
20 (KOFI) Cust gr/ Account key
30 (KOFI) Material Gr / Account key
40 (KOFI) Account key
KF00 has 5 condition tables
10 (KOFI) Cust gr / MaterialGr/Account key
20 (KOFI) Cust gr/ Account key
30 (KOFI) Material Gr / Account key
40 (KOFI) Account key
50 (KOFI) General
Why for every condition type - in the bill, Analysis Acct Determination - I do not see all 5 condition tables, those have been set up in my Access sequence (KOFI)?
