Hi Ram,

You have to assign the Listing/Exclusion Procedure to the Document Types in
combination Sales Doc.Ty + Listing / Exclusion Procedure.

Path :- IMG -> Sales & Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Listing /
Exclusion , there all the condition Technique you already configured . there
is an option to assign the procedure "Activate Listing / Exclusion
Procedure".

Check it.
